details and get back to you via email as soon as possible. If we need any
clarifications, we’ll reach out to you.

What You Can Expect:
– perfect for initial discussions, quick questions, or idea validation.
- on-site consultation at your office, business, or public location (within
Lubbock County) – starting at $125 for 30 minutes. Longer appointments available upon request
- We do not meet in private homes.
- In-person consultations are available on Fridays and Saturdays only
- Travel outside of Lubbock County has additional cost
-$125 in-person consultation fee is a non-refundable deposit that must be paid when the appointment is booked

Submitting Files:
To help us better understand your project, please share any CAD files, images, or reference documents related to your design before our appointment.

If you have a NDA for us to sign, please email that over to support@contrive3d.com BEFORE sending us any files or images related to your design/product.

You will be contacted within 24 hours with confirmation that we received your form. At that time you will be given open appointment times or a link to schedule a time convenient for you as well as information about the deposit, if applicable.

Quick Notes & Policies

Appointment Confirmation:
Your consultation isn’t confirmed until you get an email from support@contrive3d.com or contrive3d@gmail.com.
No Refunds on Custom Orders:
All sales are final. Once paid, your order enters our queue. Prototyping begins after a 25% down payment.
Performance Disclaimer:
We can’t guarantee final performance due to variables like outside use, third-party measurements, or untested tolerances. We recommend testing your parts before final use.
Reprints & Edits:
Any changes or reprints will be quoted separately unless previously agreed upon.
In-Person Appointments:
- required at booking (nonrefundable).
- 2 reschedules allowed.
- Lubbock County only (excluding private homes).
- Travel outside Lubbock County -$1.50/mile, charged with deposit.

Scheduling:
You’ll get a confirmation within 1 business day. Allow 1–2 days for scheduling. For urgent jobs, let us know in the form notes.
