Our estimated turnaround time varies depending on the size of the item, the material used, and our current work load. We offer a rush option to move to the front of the line for $25 per buildplate.* This guarantees order done within 48 hours ( unless the print takes over 16 hours to print). The second rush option is $50 per buildplate* and it guarantees the orders done within 24 hours (unless the print takes over 8 hours to print).

* Please note that these rush times and prices do not include orders that require file creation, 3D modeling, or prototyping services.

We do not have a minimum order number so you can order one single item or thousands of the same item. We have a minimum order total of $25.00 and we offer discounts on bulk and small-batch manufacturing orders.

Regarding ALL orders: All projects must be paid in advance. Cancellations are only accepted with 7 days or more remaining before the due date and no cancellations are accepted once the work has begun. No cancellations on rush orders. Refunds are only given for cancellations made with 7 days or more remaining before the due date minus any material costs for specialty colors or materials that were already ordered.
