At Contrive3D, we know timing matters—whether you're working on a prototype, presentation model, or functional part. Our standard turnaround time varies depending on print size, material selection, and our current production queue.

To better serve your deadlines, we offer tiered rush printing options that move your order to the front of the line:

Rush Printing Options:
🟢 Rush Option 1 – $25 per build plate (per 12-hour print time)
✅ Estimated completion in 2–3 business days
Perfect for moderately time-sensitive projects.

🔵 Rush Option 2 – $50 per build plate (per 12-hour print time)
✅ Estimated completion in 1–2 business days
Ideal for urgent jobs without compromising quality.

🔴 Rush Option 3 – $100 per build plate (per 12-hour print time)
✅ Fastest turnaround – completed within 24 hours
Includes after-hours and Sunday pickup (based on availability)

Important Notes:
-Rush options are calculated per 12 hours of estimated print time (rounded up).
-Turnaround estimates apply to print-ready files only.
-Orders requiring 3D modeling, file creation, or prototyping are not eligible for rush services until design is complete.
-We will always provide a realistic completion estimate based on your file's print duration and our current queue.

Example: A model with a 8-hour print time is eligible for 24-hour rush. A 18-hour print is not.

We do not have a minimum order number so you can order one single item or thousands of the same item. We have a minimum order total of $25.00 plus taxes and shipping. We offer discounts on bulk and small-batch manufacturing orders.

Quick Notes & Policies

No Refunds on Custom Orders:
Please note that we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for custom orders. Orders go into the queue once paid. Prototyping orders go into the queue once the discussed down payment (25% of estimate) is paid. An estimated completion date or timeline will be given to you at that time. 

Performance Disclaimer:
If your custom request includes a file that was not create by Contrive3D for your specific project then we cannot guarantee it will work as intended or the tolerances will be as described. We’re committed to delivering high-quality parts with excellent workmanship.
However, due to the custom nature of each project and the many variables involved—such as tolerances we can't personally test, relying on client-provided measurements, or applications outside our area of expertise—we cannot guarantee that every part will perform exactly as intended in its final use. We strongly recommend thorough testing and validation on your end to ensure the parts meet your specific requirements.

Reprints & Edits:
Any changes or reprints will be quoted separately unless previously agreed upon. If reprints, revisions, or adjustments are needed they will be calculated at that time and they are not included in the estimate you will receive initially.
