Out of Stock Items?
If the item you are interested in is currently out of stock on the website, please message us. We will promptly inform you of its availability or assist you in placing an order.

We welcome custom orders and strive to accommodate our clients' unique needs. Send us a message and let us know what you're searching for. I bet we can make that idea a reality!

Custom Orders?
Absolutely! We're passionate about creating custom 3D prints and designs. Provide us with the details and we will discuss the specifics. Please note that custom orders require a $10 set up fee.

Shipping locations?
We ship worldwide! As long as you cover the shipping cost, we'll send your order anywhere. We typically use USPS to ship everywhere in the United States. For international shipping or alternative methods, please contact us for adjusted shipping charges.

Turnaround Time?
Our standard turnaround time is 3-30 days, depending on the type of order, from order placement to completion. This may vary, but we'll keep you updated. If there are any delays you'll be notified immediately.

Modeling Services?
If you would like a model designed, we are happy to do it. Please note there is a $45/hour charge for modeling time with a minimum of $100. This does not include a printed product which has its own additional cost.

Rush Order Options?
For an additional $25-$50 per build plate up to 12 hours, we offer a rush option to prioritize your order. Please note that during the holiday season the rush line may be longer. Rush orders are typically done within 24-48 hours depending on the time it takes to print the item. Priority is given in order of rush order purchase.

Policy and Returns
Please note that we do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges on all items in our store as all items are final sale and print to order. Handmade items may have slight color variations and size differences compared to approximate measurements.

Regarding ALL custom, 3D modeling, prototyping, and rush orders:
All projects must be paid in advance. Cancellations are only accepted with 7 days or more remaining before the due date and no cancellations are accepted once the work has begun. No cancellations on rush orders. Refunds are only given for cancellations made with 7 days or more remaining before the due date minus any material costs for specialty colors or materials that were already ordered.
