Over time, 3D printers and their components may experience wear and tear. This may necessitate routine maintenance or even the replacement of certain parts. Our team of skilled technicians is dedicated to assisting you and our fellow printers in West Texas and beyond.

Local Diagnostics Pricing: $100 plus tax**

Repair Pricing: $45-$65 per hour plus cost of parts* and materials

*OEM parts are always chosen when available. If OEM parts are unavailable, discontinued, or aftermarket parts are requested by the client that will be discussed with the client at that time.
**Includes up to 10 miles of travel to pick up and drop off the printer. This is discussed when printer diagnostics is scheduled.

We also offer diagnostics for those shipping their printers to us and offer virtual support through video chat. For details on those options, please contact us.

The Process for Diagnostics

  • Contact us with the issues you are having with the 3D printer and send us any relevant pictures or videos to help explain what you are experiencing
  • A pick up time is scheduled - You do not have to be home for this if you give consent for us to pick up while you are gone. Please have it ready to go as we do not enter the home to disconnect the printer(s)
  • Diagnostic testing is completed and the information found is given to you along with an estimate for repairs - This is typically completed within 7 days
  • You accept or decline repairs - If you accept repairs an invoice is sent over for the diagnostic fee and repair costs. If you decline repairs, an invoice is sent for diagnostic fees only.
  • Repairs are made - This typically takes 14-28 days depending on parts needed since some require shipping from other countries
  • A delivery time is scheduled - Once everything is completed, or declined, the printer is returned

The Process for Maintenance, Upgrades, & Part Installation

  • Contact us with your maintenance, upgrades, or part installation needs
  • A quote is given for the services that are being requested.
  • Services are accepted or declined. - If accepted, an invoice is sent over. If declined, we thank you for contacting us and send you resource information to attempt it yourself, if necessary.
  • A pick up time is scheduled - You do not have to be home for this if you give consent for us to pick up while you are gone. Please have it ready to go as we do not enter the home to disconnect the printer(s)
  • The 3D printer is serviced, maintenanced, and/or gets parts or upgrades installed. - All as requested by the client.
  • A delivery time is scheduled - Once everything is completed the printer is returned
