Shipping & Returns

Standard processing is 2-4 days and standard USPS shipping typically takes 5-7 days.
Returns are only given for workmanship issues reported within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any other reason.

We are not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will help you file a claim with the post office as all items are sent with insurance coverage. Once the claim is processed we can replace the items.

Please do not throw away any items, parts, or packaging if needing a return or needing to file a claim with USPS as items may need returned.

Care Instructions

ll 3D printed items should be handled with care and kept away from excessive heat. Cleaning is best done with a soft cloth or mild soap and water. For more detailed instructions on your specific material, please contact us.

  • PLA (Polylactic Acid): Biodegradable in a commercial setting and eco-friendly, but sensitive to heat (avoid leaving in cars, near windows, or dishwashers). Best for indoor use. More rigid than PETG.
  • PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol): More heat- and impact-resistant than PLA. Can handle mild outdoor use but avoid prolonged UV exposure. Has slight flexibility when compared to PLA and has increased water-resistance.
  • ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate): Strong, heat-resistant, UV-resistant, and weather-durable. Suitable for outdoor use, but clean gently to avoid surface scratches.
  • Photopolymer Resin: Provides fine detail but can be brittle. Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
